At Bamboo Vana, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can help.

 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• *Timeframe: You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within *10 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be free of scratches, stains, or alterations. Bamboo items with natural variations (color, grain, etc.) are not considered defects.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized products (unless damaged/defective).
• Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

 How to Initiate a Return

*Step 1: Email us at *anupchaubey223@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the item(s) and packaging.
• Reason for return.

Step 2: We’ll approve your request and provide a return address and instructions.

Step 3: Securely repackage the item(s) and ship them back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 Refund Process

• *Timing: Refunds are processed within *5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective.

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product and place a new order.

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us at anupchaubey223@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t entered the shipping process. Email us promptly.

7. Final Sale Items

Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
